NILA Golf products, shipping and return conditions

NILA Golf uses Itella´s services for deliveries. Orders will be shipped for delivery on the next business day of the order. The customer will receive an email including tracking number after the items have been shipped. With the tracking number customer can follow the package from Posti´s website. Delivery time is normally 1-4 days.

Shipping costs

Subscriber pick up the package from the nearest post office : 7,6 € (incl. 24% VAT )

Pick up from the NILA Golf offices : 0 €


• The customer can also opt to pick up the balls . Contact information can be found at the bottom of the page
• Pick up can happen only in the evening at 17-20
• Remember to ALWAYS call at least two (2) hours prior to arrival , tel +358449712127
• NOTE! When picking up the balls directly the order does not count as an e-commerce sell, so the products do not have the statutory 14 -day return policy ! The Customer shall ensure the accuracy of product and condition on the spot. With the defective products there is a normal exchange policy.


Products damaged during delivery


If the goods are damaged in transit, the customer must immediately make a claim to the pick-up point as well as to contact the seller .


Return Policy


All the items sold in NILA Golf online store are inspected visually . However, if it happens that the subscriber finds a damaged or broken ball / other NILA Golf online store product, the customer has the right to change the product within fourteen (14 ) days of receiving the product. The customer must always be in contact with the seller in such cases. Defective product will be replaced with a comparable product . NILA Golf does not pay return costs incurred unless the return is agreed with NILA Golf.NILA Golf does not accept returns after 14 days of delivery.
